Advertising Terms & Conditions

By participating in MyCollegeSetu’s advertising programs, you hereby agree to the terms set forth herein, including any terms specified herein (the “Agreement”), as may be amended from time to time.

This Agreement is between you, as an individual or the entity you represent (hereinafter referred to as “Advertiser” or “You”), and our entity (hereinafter referred to as “Company”,“publisher”, or “our”).

The Company reserves the right to decline or remove any listing or advertisement that does not meet our guidelines.

Publication Guidelines

The Advertiser shall submit accurate contents (text, images, URLs, banners, etc.) to the Publisher in accordance with our current technical specifications (as may be updated from time to time). The current version is available upon request.
If the Advertiser fails to comply with the above clause, the Publisher reserves the right to: (i) request the Advertiser to resubmit the contents in accordance with the required Specification; (ii) extend/reduce (as applicable) the period of advertisement; and (iii) delay publication of the advertisement until complete contents are received as specified.
The Advertiser is responsiblefor ensuring all informationis correct, accurate, and not misleading. The Publisher is not responsible for any errors in an advertisement or content. However, the Publisher agrees to re-run the advertisement according to the Advertiser’s ad plan.
The content provided by the Advertiser must not be misleading, offensive, copyrighted, or unlawful as per the laws of the Government of Gujarat and the Government of India.
The Publisher will check the content and retain the right to refuse or request changes if the content violates policies or quality guidelines.

Listing Period

The period of running the advertising would be based on the ad plan chosen by the Advertiser.
The timespan of the advertisement begins from the date of publication, not from the invoice or payment date. However, the Advertiser must submit their content to the Publisher within a given timeframe.
No extension will be granted if the Advertiser does not use the ad space or delay in submitting the content to the Publisher.

Payment Terms

The Advertisers must pay all full amounts for their package in advance. Once paid, the Advertiser can upgrade their package any time, but cannot downgrade the package.
The Advertiser can sell our ad plans to their customers. However, once the ad plan is activated and the Publisher starts publishing the listing or ad, the Advertiser cannot transfer it to another customer or business.
The Advertisers are not entitled to ask for a refund or cancel the ad plan once the Publisher publishes the listing or advertises.
The Publisher may charge for additional feature requests or city add-ons.
The Publisher is admitted to re-run the ad with updated content. However, we may charge additional fees for excessive or repeated update requests.

Banner Ads & Visibility

The Publisher may display your ad on the header banner, right banner, and category pages, depending on the layout of the website and pages. It might be dependent on changes made from time to time.
The display of your ad will depend on the available number of ad spots to display the ad and the flow of website visitors.

Limitation of Liability

The Publisher is not responsible for any losses incurred due to internet and technical issues and downtime of the platform.
The Publisher is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss resulting from advertising performance.
The Publisher provides the only space and does not guarantee the delivery of results (in terms of clicks, leads, inquiries, etc.). The Publisher cannot control the generation of clicks or inquiries. The Publisher shall not be responsible for click fraud, technological issues, or other potentially invalid or non-human activities impacting the outcomes of the advertisement.

Governing Law

The Advertiser and Publisher acknowledge and agree that the courts of Ahmedabad will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute which may arise.
